How do I return an item?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Visit our return portal to start your return:
To be eligible for a full refund on your returned item, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible, and cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address or packages that are not picked up. We do not offer price adjustments.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
I received the wrong item / damaged item:
- If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
- If you receive the wrong item (whoops, we're only human), we will send you the correct item! We may send you a return shipping label for the incorrect item.
- Refunds/returns will not be provided due to customer error! Example: incorrect shipping address, not reading sizes or descriptions of products, etc.
Once your return is received, you will be notified that we have received your returned product in acceptable condition.
If this is the case, then we will process your refund, minus any return shipping costs, within 2 business days or receipt and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
